ERDNI is a full-cycle rice producer in the Republic of Kalmykia, southern Russia, operating since 2006. We grow, mill and pack rice on our own farm and export it directly — no intermediaries, consistent quality batch after batch, export paperwork handled on our side.

Patriot rice
Polished, short grain
Plump short grain for HoReCa and restaurant cooking. Even texture, neutral flavour — ideal for sushi, risotto and hot dishes.
Azovsky rice
Polished, medium grain
Universal round grain for canteens and catering — absorbs broth, holds up in large-batch cooking.
Virasan rice
Polished, long grain
Long fluffy grain — a classic for pilaf, hot dishes and sauced recipes. Doesn't clump, holds its shape.
Brown rice (unpolished)
Brown, whole grain
The only Kalmyk unpolished rice in Russia. Bran layer preserved — source of fibre and nutrients. Cooks in ~35 min.

Economic option for porridge & soup, cooks in 12 min.

Direct from the grower
No traders in between: our own fields, drying, milling, packing and warehouse in one farm (Bolshoy Tsaryn, Republic of Kalmykia, Russia). One source — one consistent quality.
EAEU: no customs duties
Shipments to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan move without customs clearance or duties. Other destinations are supplied under the 2026 export quota — terms agreed per contract.
Export documents included
GOST 6292-93, EAEU declaration of conformity (TR CU 021/2011, 022/2011), phytosanitary certificate for every shipment, full contract paperwork and currency control support.
Packaging for retail and bulk
Consumer packs of 800 g and 1.5 kg for the shelf, 5 kg and 25 kg bags for kitchens and repacking. Full truckloads (20 t) or mixed pallets.
